Your membership in the program is completely free and starting with your first visit to our hotel. You will be granted the Regular Guest’ Program card and can start to earn Regular Guest’ Program Points every time you stay at “ La Gioconda” hotel.

* Complimentary late check out and or upgrade are only granted based on room availability.
** Complimentary room nights are granted based on room availability and only with advance reservation. A two night minimum stay required. For every 25 nights stay in Hotel ” La Gioconda” in the course of year - 1 night will be complimentary.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Regular Guest Program is valid for Guest’ reservation via the Reservation department of the hotel only.
- The Card is personal and not transferable.
- The Card cannot be utilized in conjunction with any other offer
- The Card is to be presented upon check-in
CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR CONTACT DETAILS
The cardholder is responsibility to notify the hotel “ La Gioconda” about all changes of address/telephone or name without delay.
